PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Rohani Sumati Maharaj late of 86 Goldbeaters Grove, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 0QA who died on 13th May 2020 and whose will was proved in the District Probate Registry at Cardiff on 6th October 2020 by Sohan Ojah-Maharaj, the executor named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 23 December 2020 after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which he then has notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
