The Waltham Forest (Prescribed Routes) (Amendment No. *) Order 202*

1. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.



2. The general effect of the Orders would be:



a. in Cann Hall Road E11 (CN) - south-east side - convert a CH permit parking place outside No. 33 CN to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restriction (this will join existing waiting restrictions either side) for visibility and emergency service fire hydrant access;



b. In Billet Road E17 (north-west to south-east arm running parallel to the north-west bound A406 slip road) extend the existing double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions on the west and south­west side from its junction with the A406 slip Road southwards so that it covers the whole south-west side to prevent obstruction;



c. in Wilmot Road E10 (WL) -



i. convert the whole double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions between Nos. 28 and 32 WL to CPZ parking space for WR permit holders only operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm;



ii. convert permit parking space to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions from a point in line with the north-east facing boundary of No.32 WL north-eastwards for 1.8 metres;c



d. in Winns Avenue E17 (WN) -



i. convert the single yellow line waiting restriction (except for 1.8 metres from a point outside the north-east facing boundary of No. 240 WN north-eastwards) to CPZ parking space for WA permit holders only operating Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm;



ii. convert single yellow waiting restrictions to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions from a point in line with the north-east facing boundary of No.240 WN north-eastwards for 1.8 metres



e. in First Avenue E17 (FA) convert a loading place and visible double yellow lines to a Restricted Zone (RZ) between the western boundary of No. 1 FA and its south-western extremity Nb. Waiting is restricted "at all times" within the zone. Loading is permitted. No yellow lines will be provided except entry and exit sign to the RZ; and



f. exempt pedal cycles from the one-way section of Milton Road E17 and allow westbound contraflow movement between Browns Road and Hoe Street;



3. A copy of each of the Orders, the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the locations and effect of the Orders and measures can be inspected until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, on request by emailing

4.
