NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Ellustria Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at 10 Prospect Business Centre, Northfields, London, SW18 1PE for off premise sales of alcohol between 8.00 and 20.00, Monday to Saturday. These off premise sales will be over the phone, email or website and not involve visits to the premises. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
