Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Notice of application to Wigan Council An application New Premises Licence has been made Refuel Forecourts Ltd for the premises known as Wigan Road Service Station 217A Wigan Road Leigh WN7 5DW. The application seeks to (1) Apply for 24 hour licence to sell alcohol for consumption off premises (2) Apply for late night refreshment licence. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 10/11/2020/. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowlingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
