Due to the Covid-19 precautions we need to put in places for our disabled clients we need more indoor space to ensure we can offer the opportunities in gardening, woodwork and art that the people we support enjoy. Our clients are referred to us via Richmond Council's social workers where they have identified the need of specialist support in the unique setting of Stud Nursery. Historic Royal Palace's lease the property to Balance and have agreed the build, subject to meeting building permission.



Johnsons Garden Buildings have quoted to do the entire build including electrics. We will not be plumbing utilities and there will be no foundations. The cabin will be situated in the central courtyard in a large alcove. The roof will be lower than the external wall so will not be visible in Home Park. The courtyard is not overlooked by any other neighbouring building, such as Stud House.
