PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Proposed new development of 60 homes Land north of Swanland Road, Helmsley Wharfedale Homes Ltd in consultation with the local planning authorities and the Helmsley Estate is proposing to submit a planning application for the above development. We would like to obtain the views of the community and are therefore undertaking a pre-planning application consultation. Representatives of the company and details of the proposals will be at: Helmsley Town Hall, 2.30pm to 6.30pm on Wednesday October 1st 2014
