Notice is hereby given that Oxford Road Supermarket LTD has submitted a premises licence application to Reading Borough Council. The application is for a new licence for the premises known as 267-271 Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 7PY.The application proposes the sale of alcohol. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Reading Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU no later lhan 11/115020. The full appication, including hours of operation and proposals lor conations to promote the licensing objectnes may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website,

. rt is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited. NB: Representations must be relevant to one or more of the Licensing Objectives (ie Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance and/or Protection of Children from Harm). Anyone making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before the Licensing Sub-Committee of the Council, to set out the representation in person.
