Notice is given that New Start 2020 Ltd trading as Beales has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Beales 64/68 The Dolphin Centre Poole Dorset BH15 1SQ
The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 13th day of November 2020
Activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption, Hours: 9.30 -17.30, Days: Monday to Saturday
Activities: On and Off the premises, Hours: 10.30-16.30, Days: Sunday
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.

. Representations must be received no later than 12th November 2020.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
