Notice is hereby given that J V Hodgson & Son has applied in respect of J V Hodgson & Son, Piercebridge Farm Shop, The Green, Piercebridge, Darlington DL2 3SE for the grant of a new premises licence under the icensing Act 2003 to permit the following; The sale and supply of alcohol (on and off sales) from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours Monday to Saturday and from 09:30 hours to 16:00 hours on Sunday. or to the Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DLI 5QT where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessley make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
