BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 14th October 2020 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 26 October 2020 will introduce various changes to the waiting or parking restrictions in part or parts of the roads identified:
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 13 2020 (REF: TRO-10A-2020)
- Hove Park Villas - Removing a section of double yellow lines and shared parking bay and replace with a bikeshare hub (pedal cycle parking place).
Modifications
Some changes to the orders as originally proposed and advertised on 24 July 2020 are as follows:-Brighton & Hove Various Controlled Parking Zones Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No. 13 2020
- Schedule "Part 18.1 - Pedal Cycle Parking Place At Any Time" has been replace with "Part 18.2 Pedal Cycle Hire Scheme Docking Place At Any Time"

BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.9 2020 (REF: TRO-10B-2020)
- Victoria Road (Portslade) - Proposed new bikeshare hub (pedal cycle parking place).
Modifications
Some changes to the orders as originally proposed and advertised on 24 July 2020 are as follows:-Brighton & Hove Various Controlled Parking Zones Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No.9 2020
- Schedule "Part 15.1 - Pedal Cycle Parking Places At Any Time" has been replace with "Part 15.2 - Pedal Cycle Hire Scheme Docking Place At Any Time"

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
