BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 14th October 2020 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 19th October 2020 will introduce rapid electric vehicle charging points in the parts of the roads identified:-
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 12 2020 (REF: TRO-8A-2020)
Zone A
- Robertson Road - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
- Wincombe Road - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

Zone C
- Ashton Rise - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Place Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
- Queens Park Road - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point outside no.79/81

Zone F
- Osborne Road - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

Zone H
- Portland Place - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

Zone I
- Queensway - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

Zone J
- Preston Park Avenue - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charing point
- Waldergrave Road - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point outside no.93/95

Zone M
- Adelaide Crescent South - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charing point
- Lansdowne Place - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking place Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

- Norton Road - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point outside no.31
- Tisbury Road - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking place Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

- Princes Avenue - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking place Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
- Stoneham Road - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking place Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

Bernard Place - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.8 2020 (REF: TRO-8B-2020)
- Hollingbury Rise - Introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
- Orchard Road - Introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
- Victoria Road - Introduces an Electric Vehicle Charing point
- Withdean Road - Introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
