(SEWELL COURT. CROOK) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council on 9/10/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on approx 13m of footpath outside 9-10 Sewell Crt, Crook to enable NWL new water connection works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to pedestrian traffic from the western side of closure in a southerly direction on Sewell Crt, then east on Rudkin Dr & north on Clemitson Way to eastern side of closure, & vice versa. The max duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 19/10/202 & are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions alternative dates for closure may be necessary & these will be signed accordingly.
A689 HIGH WEST ROAD. EAST OF HARPERLEY ROUNDABOUT, CROOK) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council on 9/10/20 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 1.54 of A689 High West Rd between its junctions with Mown Meadows Rd (Five Houses) junction and A68 Harperley roundabout, Crook to enable carriageway resurfacing works to be undertaken. Alt route from the eastern side of the closure from A689 West Rd roundabout, southerly on A689 to Howden-le-Wear then turning north westerly on Bridge St to Fir Tree then northerly on A68 to Harperley roundabout to the western side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence between 7am and 7pm on 24/10/20 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
(LYDGATE LANE. WOLSINGHAM) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council on 9/10/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 25m of Lydgate Ln that extend eastwards from its June with B6296, Wolsingham to enable drainage repair works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to traffic from the western side of the closure from B6296 southerly on Upper Town & Angate St to A689 then easterly & northerly on Lydgate Ln to the eastern side of the closure, & vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on 19/10/2020 & are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary & these will be signed accordingly.
