TRAFFIC ORDERS FOR STATION ROAD AND KEMBLE DRIVE, SWINDON
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14 October 2020 Swindon Borough Council made the following Orders under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be:
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 4) 2020
Revocation of the 'no waiting at any time' to be replaced with a 24 Hour Bus Stop Clearway restriction where stopping is prohibited except for buses on Station Road, Swindon. Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. B) Order 2020
Revocation of the 'no waiting at any time' restriction andto replace it with 'no waiting and no loading at any time' on Kemble Drive (south side) and an extension of the 'no waiting at any time' restriction on Fire Fly Avenue (west side).

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 14 October 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
