Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U70006, Perrystone Hill, Old Gore, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U70006, Perrystone Hill, Old Gore, from the junction with the B4224 to the property Pear Tree Cottage. Grid Ref: 363043/228808. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Perrystone Hill, onto Churchfields Road, onto the C1262, onto the B4224 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to pole testing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 19th of October 2020 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
