Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Spelthorne Borough Council for Premises Licence at Unit 5B 31 Church Road Ashford TW15 2UD and known as Foodie Delight The application is to: sell alcohol Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB or by email to environmental.health.commercial@spelthorne.

not later than 8th November 2020. Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
