I, David Paveley/North Wales Honda, do hereby give notice that I have applied to Conwy Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at The Yard, Builder Street, Llandudno, LL30 1DR known as The Motorsport Lounge. The application is for the Sale of Alcohol on the premises from 12.00 to 24.00 and the provision of Plays, Films, Recorded Music, Dance, Live Music and Similar and Adult Entertainment from 09.00 to 23.00 from Monday to Sunday. Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Conwy, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice 7th October 2020. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal hours. It is an office knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
