Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 (Limited Waiting (Proposal and Revocation) on High Street, Broadway)
On 1 October 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to replace limited waiting 8am-6pm 1 hour no return within 1 hour, with limited waiting 8am-6pm 2 hours no return within 1 hour on the following lengths and sides of road in Broadway-High Street (north side) from a point 58 metres east of its junction with Leamington Road for a distance of 24 metres in an easterly direction; (south side) from a point 280 metres east of its junction with Leamington Road for a distance of 22 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 22 October 2020.

(District of Wychavon - Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 (Prohibition of Waiting on Goodalls Grove, Evesham)
On 1 October 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of road in Evesham:-
Goodalls Grove (north side) from a point 22 metres north east of its junction with Worcester Road for a distance of 80 metres in a north easterly direction; (south side) from a point 31 metres north east of its junction with Worcester Road for a distance of 65 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 22 October 2020.

(District of Wychavon - Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 (Revocation of Limited Waiting and Prohibition of Waiting on Waterside, Evesham)
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to replace limited waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 2 hours no return within I hour with prohibition of waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in Evesham: -
Waterside (east side) from a point 18 metres south of its junction with Port Street for a distance of 14 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

Order made: to close that part of U44206 Yessell Lane from its junction with U44206
Canada Bank to its junction with B4084 Pershore Road.
Reason: Overhead Works by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion route - B4084 Pershore Road, A4184 Abbey Road, A4184 Vine Street, A4184 High Street, A4184 Greenhill, A4184 Twyford Bank, A44 Chadbury Bypass, A44 Worcester Road, A44 Evesham Road, C2022 Station Road, C2022 Church Street, C2022 Mill Bank, C2022 Neigh Lane to the Strand and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 19 October 2020.
(C2008 Pershore Road, Great Comberton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Order made: to close that part of C2008 Pershore Road from its junction with C2124 Great Comberton to Little Comberton for a distance of 65 metres in a north westerly direction.
Reason: Installation of Vehicle Access by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2008 Pershore Road, C2007 Main Road, C2124 Great Comberton to Little Comberton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 19 October 2020.
