(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area)(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area)(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2020
(Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Park Street, Kidderminster)
On 1 October 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster-Park Street (north east side) from a point 49 metres south east of its junction with Plimsoll Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes The Order will come into operation on 22 October 2020.

Proposed Order to close that part of A456 St Marys Ringway from its junction with U12385 Lower Mill Street to its junction with A456 Coventry Street Roundabout.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing Works by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A456 Park Butts Ringway, A456 Bewdley Road, A4535 Sutton Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 The Ringway and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 nights. Commencing: 11 November 2020.
(A451 Blackwell Street&A451 Horsefair, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order to close that part of A451 Blackwell Street & A451 Horsefair from its junction with A456 St Marys Ringway to its junction with A451 Stourbridge Road.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion route - A451 Stourbridge Road, A449 Chester Road North, A456 Birmingham Road, A456 Coventry Street, A456 The Ringway, A456 St Mary's Ringway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 8 November 2020.
(C2126 Waggon Lane, Churchill)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order to close that part of C2126 Waggon Lane from its junction with A451 Stourbridge Road to its junction with C2127 Perryford Lane.
Reason: Carriageway Patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2126 Waggon Lane, C2126 Churchill Lane, C2061 Rocky Lane, A451 Stourbridge Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 9 November 2020.
(Dark Lane, Rock)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order to close that part of Dark Lane from its junction with C2193 Gorst Hill to its junction with C2021 Bliss Gate Road.
Reason: New Customer Water Connection by Severn Trent.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2021 Bliss Gate Road, U10005 Gorst Hill Road, C2193 Gorst Hill and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 9 November 2020.
(U10003 New Road, Rock)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order to close that part of U10003 New Road from its junction with U10001 Church Lane to its junction with A4117 Cleobury Road.
Reason: Clear blockages in existing BT duct by Barden Network Engineering.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A4117 Cleobury Road, U10001 Church Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 9 November 2020.
(C2239 Yarhampton, Astley and Dunley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2239 Yarhampton from its junction with A451 Dunley for a distance of. 75 metres in a northerly eastern direction.
Reason: Overhead Works by Cable & Splicing Services Ltd,
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2239 Astley, U64217 Dark Lane, A451 Dunley and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 9 November 2020.
(C2131 Lion Lane, Upper Arley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Order made: to close that part of C2133 Lion Lane from its junction with Junction with C2020 Arley Lane to its junction with Junction with Ul 3002 Lowe Lane.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Sunbelt Rentals UK.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2020 Arley Lane, A442 Bridgnorth Road, Ul 3002 Lowe Lane and vice versa

Order made: to close that part of Ul 3002 Lowe Lane from its junction with C2133 Lion Lane to the Shropshire County Boundary.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Sunbelts Rental UK.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Proposed Order to close that part of Axborough Lane from its junction with A449 Wolverhampton Road to its junction with A451 Stourbridge Road.

Order made: to close that part of Broome Hill from its junction with Barrow Hill Lane to its junction with Waystone Lane.
