LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Fine Art ventures Ltd has applied to London Borough of Wandsworth on 12 October 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Troy House Art Bar, 14 New Union Square, London SW11 7AX lor the provision of regulated entertainment (Films, Live & Recorded Music, Performance of Plays & Dance and anything similar) Monday to Sunday 07:00-23:30, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00-23:30 and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00-2330; as more particularly set out in the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
