CLEVELAND GARDENS N4, HERMISTON AVENUE N8, MANOR
ROAD N17 AND SUMMERHILL ROAD N15 - PROPOSED INSTALLATION/AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE CROSSOVERS AND AMENDMENT TO PARKING PROVISION
THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 92) ORDER 2020 AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS T51
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 13th October 2020 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders, will be to:-
(a) extend the length of an existing parking place outside No. 2 Cleveland Gardens N4 in order to facilitate the relocation of vehicle a crossover outside of this property;
(b) remove an existing parking space outside No. 40 Hermiston Avenue N8 and replace it with single yellow line waiting restrictions operating at zone hours in order to facilitate the installation of vehicle a crossover outside of this property;
(c) remove an existing parking space outside No. 83 Manor Road N17 and replace it with single yellow line waiting restrictions operating at zone hours in order to facilitate the installation of vehicle a crossover outside of this property;
(d) remove an existing parking space outside No. 28 Summerhill Road N15 and replace it with single yellow line waiting restrictions operating at zone hours in order to facilitate the installation of vehicle a crossover outside of this property.
3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 15th October 2020, of plans which indicate the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, by appointment only, or can be viewed online, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, at

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
