aPPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Sarah Key has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of Hardy's Birthplace Visitor Centre, Higher Bockhampton, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8QH for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 9:00am to 23:59pm Monday to Sunday inclusive.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to Business Licensing, West Dorset District Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice.

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
