TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 and 333 (7) of the above Act entitled "Stopping Up of Highways (South West) (No. 7) Order 2019 Variation Order (No.28) Order 2020" which varies the original Order by authorising the inclusion of areas of highway to be stopped up and diverted and to change the planning permission reference.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, at nationalcasework®

(quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/4300). Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 14 October 2020 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
