FLAXTON VILLAGE GREEN AND COMMON LAND George Mook and Grace Bellwood has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Flaxton Village Green and Common Land. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The proposed works are maintain and use an existing stoned access extending to approximately 35 square metres. The works will be located off Cross Lane. The works will be approximately 135 metres from the junction where Cross Lane meets York Lane, and on the east side of Cross Lane. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at Boulton Cooper, St Michael's House, Malton YO17 7LR during normal office hours until 12th November 2020. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents may be obtained by writing to Mr G Mook & Miss G Bellwood, Sevenacres, York Lane, Flaxton, York YO60 7QZ.
