We Mistell Limited, Do hereby give notice that We have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at : 82 Skinnergate, Darlington, DL3 7LX and known as : The Keys. The application is to: Change the plan of the premises To add the provision of plays, To add an additional hour to the start of the authorised hours ie.9am To amend the conditions on the licence. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by Monday 20th October 2014. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
