Notice is given that Sivasanthini Vicknarajah has applied to Dorset Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of King Store, 1 Gordon Row, Chapelhay, Weymouth DT4 8LL for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 06:00-23:00hrs Monday to Sunday, and to remove Condition 10 from Annex 2 of the licence. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ, or by emailing Licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on the Councils website. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
