DONALD COLLINSON DECEASED PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Notice is given that anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named late of 18 Helmcroft Court Haslingden Rossendale Lancashire BB4 4DB who died on the 9th day of November 2018 is required to send particulars thereof to Houldsworth Solicitors of Pullman House 2 & 4 Duck Street Clitheroe Lancashire BB7 1LP before the 23rd day of July 2019 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate having regard only to the valid claims or interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the personal representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
