Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46, 49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46, 49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To Revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' parking restriction on the following roads in the District of Braintree as specified:

WEST SIDE ONLY: From a point in line with No's 14 and 15, The Limes, South for approximately 5.5 metres.

2. To Revoke the existing 'Residents Permit Holders Only RR1 and Implement Disabled Badge Holders Only' bay parking restriction on the following roads in the District of Braintree as specified:

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing map tiles TL810 297, TL735 407 Revision 0 and substituting map tiles TL810 300, TL820 135, TL780 292, TL810147, TL805 302 Revision 0 to Revision 1, TL745 230 Revision 1 to Revision 2.

(The Causeway, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of The Causeway, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Bridge Street/High Street for a distance of approximately 100m in a southeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way in that length of The Causeway, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Factory Lane (West) to its junction with Bridge Street/High Street as detailed in the "Essex County Council (The Causeway, Halstead) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1990". The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 26th October 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004576 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree trimming works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Factory Lane West, Kings Road, Trinity Street, Bridge Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary
Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.31) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 16th October 2020, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/ leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear. The Order will come into effect on 16th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(White House Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of White House Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kentish Farm Road to its junction with Rectory Road a distance of approximately 680m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th October 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBNJ565H001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Madgements Road, Lordsland Lane, Priors Green, Kerami Lane, Moat Road, Moat Farm Road, Plaistow Green, High Barn Hall Road, Rayne Hatch Lane, Boultwood Farm Road, Kentish Farm Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
