(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.8) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To Revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' parking restriction on the following roads in the District of Braintree as specified:

Road Description
The Limes, Gosfield  WEST SIDE ONLY: From a point in line with No's Gosfield 14 and 15, The Limes, South for approximately 5.5 metres.

Tamar Avenue, Witham WEST SIDE ONLY: From a point adjacent to the Northern boundary of No. 5, southwards for a distance of approximately 5.5 metres.

Trinity Road, Halstead  SOUTH SIDE ONLY: From a point in line with the South Eastern boundary of No: 67 Trinity Road, in a North Westerly direction for a distance of approximately 6.6 metres.

2. To Revoke the existing 'Residents Permit Holders Only RR1 and Implement 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bay parking restriction on the following roads in the District of Braintree as specified:

Road Description
Rayne Road, Braintree SOUTH SIDE ONLY: From a point approximately 6.6 metres from the boundary of No's 247 and 249, Rayne Road, Westerly for a distance of approximately 5.0 metres.

3. To upgrade the existing advisory bays to an enforceable 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bay parking restriction on the following roads in the District of Braintree as specified:

Holman Road, Halstead SOUTH SIDE ONLY: From a point approximately 0.7 metres west of the Western boundary of No: 11 Holman Road, South Eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.2 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing map tiles TL810 297, TL735 407 Revision 0 and substituting map tiles TL810 300, TL820135, TL780 292, TL810147, TL805 302 Revision 0 to Revision 1, TL745 230 Revision 1 to Revision 2.

(Owers Place, High Roothing, UtOesford) (20mph Zone) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on Owers Place, High Roothing; from a point approximately 8 metres from its junction with The Street in a south-westerly direction for its entire length.

(Dancing Dicks Lane, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dancing Dicks Lane, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 1000m south of its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th October 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112WTHAMV6130-ES2 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Highfields Road, Spa Road, Powers Hall End, Terling Road, Witham Road, Dancing Dicks Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(NotJey Road, Black Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Notley Road, Black NotJey in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m northwest of its junction with Church Road tor a distance of approximately 35m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on Sunday 25th October 2020 tor 1 day and again on Sunday 1 st November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010 595694 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Powers Hall End, Chipping Hill, Braintree Road, Cressing Road, Witham Road, Cressing Road Roundabout, Millennium Way, North Roundabout, Chapel Hill, Mill Hill, Lakes Road, Manor Street, Trinovantian Way, Railway Street, South Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.28) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration

of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 15th October 2020, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/ leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order will come into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Schedule

Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kelvedon Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 25m northwest of its junction with Scrips Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th October 2020 for 2 evening/nights (19:00 - 06:30), or where stated on a valid permit (AD03157 720531/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via West Street, Market End, East Street, Colchester Road, Coggeshall Bypass, A120, J A12, Broad Green, Coggeshall Road, A120, West Roundabout, Marks Tey Roundabout, A120, London Road, A12, Roman Road, A12, Feering Hill and vice versa.

(victoria Hill, Shalford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victoria Hill, Shalford in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 190m south west of its junction with Shalford Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th October 2020 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03056 943862 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter relocation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Hyde Lane, Bardfield Road, Braintree Road, Brook Street, Crown Street, Bridge Street, Bridge End, Finchingfield Road, The Green, The Causeway, Church Hill, Wethersfield Road, Daw Street, Sculpins Lane, Meadside, Silver Street, The Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 1st October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
