(Footpath 39 & Footpath 18, Heybridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order To temporarily close Footpath 39 & Footpath 18, Heybridge in the District of Maldon, Footpath 39 - from the Blackwater Sailing Club for a distance of approximately 855 metres to its junction with Wharf Road and also Footpath 18 - from the Blackwater Sailing Club access Road (grid ref TL87258 07444) in a north easterly direction for approximately 125 metres to its junction with Footpath 39 on the seawall.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 19/10/2020 to 16/04/2021 (24 hours per day) or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while levelling and resurfacing works between Blackwater Sailing Club and Salcote Maltings are undertaken. Footpath 18 closure is to allow access for machinery access to site.
The Order will come into effect on 19/10/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Woodham Mortimer/Maldon) (Restricted Roads & 40mph/50mph Speed Limit) Order 20** Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 40mph speed limit on the following length of A414 Maldon Road, A414Wycke Hill, in the Parishes of Maldon in the District of Maldon (the road section is currently national speed limit)

To introduce a 50mph speed limit on the following length of A414 Chelmsford Road,A4l4 Maldon Road, A414 Wycke Hill, B1418 Southend Road and Conduit Lane, in the Parishes of Maldon and Woodham Mortimer, both in the District of Maldon (the signage for the road sections in question currently indicates them to be national speed limit)

From its junction with A414 Maldon Road/Bl4l8 Southend Road at the Oak Corner roundabout, northwest for approximately 25 metres (to existing terminal signs).

From its junction with A414 Maldon Road/A4H Chelmsford Road/ B1010 Bumham Road at the Oak Corner roundabout, southwest for approximately 340 metres (to existing terminal signs).
Conduit Lane, Woodham Mortimer
From its junction with A414 Maldon Road, south tor approximately 40 metres (to existing terminal signs).
'The Essex County Council (A414 Chelmsford Road, Woodham Mortimer) (Restricted Road) Order 2011', and 'The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Woodham Mortimer) (Restricted Roads) Order 1998' are hereby revoked. All restrictions shall continue in force by virtue of this order.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sporhams Lane, Sandon in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 300m west then northwest of its junction with Woodhill Common Road for a distance of approximately 245m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th October 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA48030523 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Sporhams Lane, Woodhill Road, Mayes Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15th October 2020 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Langford Road, UltJng) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Langford Road, Ulting in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Ulting Hall Road to its junction with The Causeway a distance of approximately 965m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th October 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MQ1W0HATFIELDPE2628 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Crouchmans Farm Road, Ashfield Farm Road, Lilting Hall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 1 st October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Post Office Road, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Post Office Road, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 80m south of Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th October 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013212734 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

(Tiptree Road, Great Braxted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tiptree Road, Great Braxted in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 270m southwest of its junction with Braxted Park Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th October 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30051547355 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the replacement of overhead lines and poles works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Mountains Road, Colchester Road, Maldon Road, Braxted Park Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Woodhill Road, Sandon in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 230m southeast of its junction with Hulls Lane for a distance of approximately 290m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th October 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008090CTEAZMR389 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Woodhill Road, Molrams Lane, Maldon Road, Main Road, Well Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 1 st October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Comments
