THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate limited has applied to York City Council for a variation of the premises licence for Bettys, 46 Stonegate, York YOl 8AS as follows; To permit the sale of alcohol as follows: from 08:00 Monday to Saturday and from 09:00 Sunday.
