Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of JOYCE MAPP formely known as JOYCE COLE and JOYCE STRINGFELLOW late of Beaufort Lodge, 10-12 St. Vincents Road, Westcliff on Sea, in the County of Essex SS0 7PR who died on 28th day of December 2019 and to whose Estate Grant of Probate was granted to Diane Gay Aldworth and Tony Eric Aldwsorth. The Executors therein named on the 24th August 2020, is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before the 21st day of December 2020 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims of which they have notice.
