NOTICE | LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE is hereby given that Savoy Events Ltd applied on Friday 25th September 2020 for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Overflow Car Park, intu Trafford Centre, The Orient, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8AA, under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Provision of regulated entertainment (to include films and recorded music, broadcast to car stereos) between the dates of 1st-6th December 2020, during the following times: Monday: 1600-2300 Tuesday: 1600-2300 Wednesday: 1600-2300 Thursday: 1600-2300 Friday: 1600-2300 Saturday: 1100-2300 Sunday: 1100-2300 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the following address, not later than 18 days starting on the day after the day the article is published. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
