Licensing Act 2003 Site Notice We The Little Quaker Distillery HAVE APPLIED TO DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL COUNCIL FOR A PREMISES LICENCE For the provision of: The sale of alcohol - Mon to Sat 10:00am until 22:00pm and Sunday 11:00am until 22:00pm. The building will comprise of a distillery and tasting area for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. The tasting area will showcase the spirits made in the distillery and that of other north east distilleries/breweries. The tasting area is to facilitate sales of gin and rum made by the distillery into the wider community ie pubs and sales to the public through our bottled range. AT 23 Clark Yard Darlington DL3 7QH. Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT.
