Mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru yn hysbysu ei bod yn cynnig gwneud gwaith atgyweirio i ddifrodi tua 40m o'r amddiffynfeydd rhag llifogydd afon Dyfrdwy ym Mangor ar Dyfrdwy, gerllaw Heol Trewmon -NGR SJ 38933 45086. Bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cynnwys y gwaith dros dro canlynol i sefydlogi arglawdd llifogydd critigol ymBangor On Dyfrdwy. Bydd bagiau hidlo creigiau yn cael eu codi gan graen defnyddio i waelod yr arglawdd. Bydd y bagiau creigiog yn cael eu gosod yn ofalus yn yr afon yn sianelu'r banc presennol, byddant yn rhoi'r gorau i ochr y sianel. Bydd bagiau'n isedinto i gefnogi a diogelu'r banc.
Mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru o'r farn nad yw'r gwaith gwella yn debygol o gael effaith sylweddol ar yr amgylchedd ac nad yw'n bwriadu paratoi datganiad amgylcheddol mewn perthynas a hwy. Rheoliadau Cynefinoedd Gellir cael asesiad o'r gwaith yn y Swyddfa Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru leol (swyddfa Bwcle, Heol Caer, Bwcle, Sir y Fflint, CH7 3AJ).
Dylai unrhyw berson sy'n dymuno gwneud sylwadau mewn perthynas ag effeithiau amgylcheddol tebygol y gwaith gwella arfaethedig wneud hynny, yn ysgrifenedig, i'r cyfeiriad a nodir isod, o fewn 30 diwrnod i ddyddiad cyhoeddi'r hysbysiad hwn.

Bangor-on-Dee - Overton Road Embankment Repair
ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTENTION NOT TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Regulation 12B of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) SI1999/1783 as amended
Natural Resources Wales gives notice that it proposes to carry out repair works to a damaged section of approximately 40m of the flood defences on the river Dee in Bangor on Dee, adjacent to Overton Road - NGR SJ 38933 45086. The proposed repair works will involve the following: Temporary works to stabilise a critical flood embankment at Bangor On Dee. Rock filter bags will be lifted using a crane to the base of the embankment. The rock filter bags will be placed carefully in the river channel alongside the existing bank, they will provide a buttress to the channel side. Bags will be lowered into position to both support and protect the bank.
Natural Resources Wales considers that the improvement works are not likely to have significant effects on the environment and does not intend to prepare an environmental statement in respect of them. A Habitats Regulations Assessment of the works can be obtained at the local NRW Office (Buckley Office, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire, CH7 3AJ).
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the likely environmental effects of the proposed improvement works should do so, in writing, to the address specified below, within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice.
