The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Woodway, Loosley Row in the Parish of Lacey Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Woodway from junction of Lower Road for approximately 126 metres. Alternative route: Woodway, Wycombe Road, Bradenham Wood Lane, New Road, Main Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Tree cutting surrounding overhead powerlines take place commencing on 6 October 2020 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 2 October 2020
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Hawks Hill, Cores End in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hawks Hill from junction of Kiln Lane for approximately 289 metres. Alternative route: Heavens Lea, Hedsor Road, Station Road, Cores End Road, Furlong Road, Brookbank, Kiln Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst tRiiO/ Cadent Gas mains replacement works take place commencing on 5 October 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 2 October 2020
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 50, Stokenchurch) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire length of Public Footpath No. 50, Stokenchurch. The closure is required in the interests of public safety whilst road widening and infrastructure installation works take place and it is anticipated that the works will commence on 2 October 2020 and will take approximately 6 months to complete. The alternative route whilst the closure is effective will run parallel to the existing footpath along the hedge row. The Order will come into operation on 2 October 2020, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

Alternative route: Bottom Lane, Long Bottom Lane, Bayne Hill, School Lane, Chalfont Road, Rawlings Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach overhead cabling works take place commencing on 14 October 2020 between 09:30 and 15:30. Alternative route: Thame Road, Chestnut Way, Lower Icknield Way and vice versa. The closure is required whilst UKPN new connection works take place commencing on 12 October 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Clay Street, Knotty Green in the Parish of Penn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Clay Street from B474 for approximately 230 metres. Alternative route: Penn Bottom, Common Wood Lane, Elm Road, School Road, Church Road, Witheridge Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing works take place commencing on 12 October 2020 between 09:00 and 16:00. The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Hammersley Lane, High Wycombe in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hammersley Lane from A40 for approximately 103 metres. Alternative route: Robinson Road, Rayners Avenue, London Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Island replacement works take place commencing on 14 October 2020 between 22:00 and 02:00. BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (A355 AMERSHAM ROAD (LAYBYS)) (PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to prohibit the movement of motor vehicles in two laybys situated on each carriageway of A355 Amersham Road, between the junctions of Longbottom Lane and Magpie Lane. These measures are proposed due to the laybys increasingly being used as a fly tip area for unwanted rubbish.
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council on the 30th September 2020 has made the Buckinghamshire Council (Aylesbury Road, Cuddington) (30 mph Speed Limit) Order, 2020 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to extend the existing 30 mph speed limit on Aylesbury Road, Cuddington to its junction with Spickett's Lane.
