Kristian Barker has applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises situated at 38 Maiden Street Weymouth DT4 8BA and propose to carry on the following activities, Sale of Alcohol by Retail (on and off) Late Night Refreshment, Public Entertainment. Application is available for public inspection at Licensing Team, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester DT1 1UZ . Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Team at Dorset Council (licensingteam@Dorsetcouncil.gov.uk) to be submitted between 23rd September 2020 and 20th October 2020. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005)
