Notice is given that Shalim Abdul has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Flamin' Chooks, 60 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8EQ for regulated entertainment (plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance), late night refreshments and the sale of alcohol generally between the hours of 10:00 - 02:00 Monday to Sunday, and to relocate the bar and seating arrangement. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Business Licensing, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice. Thelicensingregisteranddetailsofthisapplicationmay be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
