NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE I Mustafa Babat, Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises License at The Kitchen, 7 Blackwellgate, Darlington, DL1 5HL for the provision of late night refreshment between 11pm and 3am Monday to Sunday Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 15.10.2020 The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide wed at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, undersection 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
