Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of PATRICIA AGNES DOHERTY late of 10 Nobles Green Close, Leigh on Sea, in the County of Essex SS9 5QH who died on 4th day of February 2020 whose Will was proved by Diane Sarjeant and Rachel Elizabeth Liebeschuetz the Executors therein named on the 7th September 2020, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 11th day of December 2020 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
