(First Avenue, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of First Avenue, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its {unction with Fanton Chase for a distance of approximately 45m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031000963109 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Fanton Chase, Fanton Walk, Bruce Grove and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 20m southeast of its junction with Grove Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2020 for 1 evening/night (19:30 - 23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R057612778 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover and frame replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Essex Way, Benfleet Road, London Road, Kiln Road, Bread And Cheese Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lark Hill Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lark Hill Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 400m east of its junction with Pudsey Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 130m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS91599A - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Scotts Hall Road, Apton Hall Road, Brays Lane, Shires Way, Ashingdon Road, Canewdon Road, Lark Hill Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Maple Way, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Maple Way, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Long Road to its junction with Link Road a distance of approximately 160m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th October 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2301476 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Long Road, Canvey Road, Canvey Road Roundabout, Roscommon Way, Canvey Way Roundabout, Somnes Avenue, Somnes Avenue Roundabout, Link Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Whitmore Way, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Whitmore Way, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from both junctions with Felmores Roundabout to its junction with Danbury Down a distance of approximately 1035m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2020 for 7 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297229 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lighting upgrades at zebra crossing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Whitmore Way, The Fremnells, Broadmayne, Mopsies Roundabout, Churchill Avenue, Lincoln Road, Broadmayne Roundabout, East Mayne, Felmores Roundabout and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Kents Hill Road North, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kents Hill Road North, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with London Road a distance of approximately 590m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2301656 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via London Road, Hazlemere Road, Church Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 1 st October 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Poynters Lane, Great Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Poynters Lane, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Star Lane for a distance of approximately 270m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2020 for 11 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30057629680 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable and pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via High Street, Southend Road, Star Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 24th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
