(Bridleway 27, Great Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued In force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 13/05/2021. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridleway 27, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from Its junction with Footpath 12, Great Notley, north east to its junction with Bridleway 148, Great Notley.
The alternative route will be via adjacent field. The closure commenced on 08/05/2020 and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while excavation of a new attenuation pond on the west side of the bridleway is undertaken as part of the Horizon 120 construction site. Material will be moved by large dump trucks to the east. A trench will also be excavated across the Bridleway to allow installation of new drainage pipe for the site.
(Braintree Road, Gosfield) (Temporary Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the older: To temporarily Introduce a 20mph speed restriction in that length of Braintree Road, Gosfield In the District of Braintree from a point approximately 55m south east of its junction with Ox Yard for a distance of approximately 405m In a south easterly then south westerly direction. The temporary speed restriction Is scheduled to commence for 2 days between 19th October 2020 and 13th November 2020, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003051 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The temporary speed restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ground investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crocklands Corner/Crocklands, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction wiith Parley Beams Road to its junction with Church Road a distance of approximately 600m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st October 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2301061 - Essex County Council). The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Damases Lane, Boreham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 25m southeast of its junction with Main Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a southeasterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Willow Crescent for a distance of approximately 40m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th October 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010606025 -Anglian Water). 2. To temporarily close that length of Mowden Hall Lane, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 730m northwest of its junction with Bumfords Lane for a distance of approximately 105m in a northwesterly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Powers Hall End, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Spa Road for a distance of approximately 425m in an easterly direction.
2.
