THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Lauren Rachel Burn have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BESPOKE, FINDON VIEW, WITTON ROAD, SACRISTON, DURHAM DH7 6LE for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Sunday inclusive 09.00 22:00 hours. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 22nd October 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
