NOTICE OF A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to rule 53 a Special General Meeting will be held at
The "ROYAL BRITISH LEGION" on the 29th October 2014 at 20:00hrs for the purpose of passing the following resolution.
RESOLUTION
THAT the following proposed sixteen candidates, being those in Annex 1, are to be appointed officers and committeemen/ women of the club. ln the event that there are any written objections to the proposed appointments in Annex 1, the secretary shall within 28 day's arrange a ballot for the election of officers and committeemen/women to take place in accordance with rules 40 to 45 of the club. Note: The sixteen names all but two to be appointed at the meeting will be clearly displayed on the front door and car park door entrance to the club for any member to take note of the proposed names.
You must be a fully paid up member for the year 2014 to attend this meeting. Failure to produce your membership card will prohibit your attendance at this meeting.
