Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the above Regulation, Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority intends to apply to the Minister for the Department for Rural Affairs for the confirmation of the following byelaw
BYELAW
'Poole Harbour Dredge Permit'
This byelaw will permit shellfish dredging in Poole Harbour subject to conditions. The restrictive permit will introduce temporal and spatial closures to balance the socio-economic needs of a sustainable fishery within the Poole Harbour European Marine Site.
