Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Julian Hubbuck has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Nutley Farm, Winfrith Newburgh, Nr Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8DT for Supply of alcohol generally between the hours of 16:00 Monday Friday & 10:00 22:00 Saturday & Sunday from the 21st November 2020 until 2nd January 2021. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
