NOTICE is given that Polpette (Southbourne) Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: POLPETTE 61 Southbourne Grove Southbourne, BH6 3QU The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 1st day of November 2014.
? Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 0900 - 2400hrs;

? Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 -2400hrs;
? Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 0900 -2400hrs.
? The New Year's Eve 09:00 hours to 01:30 hours New Year's Day,
? Recorded Music Monday - Sunday 09:00 to 00:00
? New Year's Eve 09.00 hours to 01:30 hours
? New Year's Day, Late Night Refreshment Sun-Sat 23:00 to 00:00
? New Year's Eve 23:00 hours to 01:30 hours New Year's Day

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.

Representations must be received no later than 15th October 2014. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
