NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Bingley brewery applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 29 October 2014 for a licence to use the premises at Unit 2, Old mill yard, Wilsden, BD15 0DR for the sale by retail of alcohol. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 28 October 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 06/10/2014
