THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 105, BURY AND NON-DEFINITVE FOOTPATH WEST OF WARTH BUSINESS PARK) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Public Footpath 105, Bury - from the western end of Warth Road to the crossing over the River Irwcll at the west side of St Gabriel's Roman Catholic School. Non-Definitive Footpath at Warth Road, Bury -from the western end of Warth Road to the north end of Warth Fold Road, by the railway bridge. The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate flood defence works. For PRW 105, Bury an alternative route will be to the south of the existing route and for the Non?Definitive footpath an alternative route will be along the westerly side of the Metrolink Line.
The Order comes into operation on 24/09/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months. Dated 24/09/201 Council Solicitor
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (WASH LANE, BURY) TEMPORARY ONE WAY & CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding as follows:-
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding as follows:-
1) South-easterly bound on Wash Lane, Bury?between Bond St & Rochdale Rd
2) Wash Lane, Bury ? between Willow St & Rochdale Rd
The reason for the proposed order is to enable construction works for carriageway widening and for retaining wall to be carried out. The alternative routes will be:-
1) Via Bond St & Rochdale Rd
2) Via Bond St & Rochdale Rd & vice versa
The proposed Order will come into operation on 01/10/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 12-15 weeks. Dated 24/09/20 Council Solicitor

Holcombe Old Rd, Ramsbottom - Temp Road Closure. The closure is in place to enable utility works in carriageway. Diversion route via Lumb Carr Rd, Branch Rd, Holcombe Old Rd and Vice versa.
