Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit Pub Company (Services) Ltd have applied to St Helen's Council on 17th September 2020 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at Gerard Arms, Dentons Green Lane, Dentons Green, St Helens, WAIO 6SD.T0 vary the premises licensing plans to include the external areas and servery points within the licensed area. For full and further details please view the licensing application.Any person who wishes a make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 15th October 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Department, St Helens Council Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens,WAIO IHF. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any sucn representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum Fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
