Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I Jack Peter Critchley have made an application on 17th September 2020 to Warrington Borough Council to Grant a Premises Licence at Unit 2 Academy Way, Warrington, WA1 2HN. The application is to provide the sale of Late Night Refreshment (indoors). Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 15th October 2020 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
